One of my favorite rest stops right next to Alder Lake. They have a big selection (16+) of in-house made ice cream options, a coffee bar, and many unique sodas and other snacks to grab. My boyfriend and I come through here pretty often and always stop by. The salted caramel is super tasty! There also seems to be a train ride attraction just across the street which seems like a fun idea for kids and family too.
