Very impressed with how down to earth and knowledgable they are about biking, equipment and helping you to find the most suitable approach for your needs. Maybe this is due to the humbleness of the biking community in general. Either way, these guys are great - go to them for anything you need regarding a bike.

Not only are they the only bike shop in Ballard these days, they’re also super knowledgeable and friendly. Awesome selection of e-bikes to rent and buy, they also are a full service shop. $125 for a 24hr overnight rental is pretty standard. We had a great time.

Knowledgeable and fairly chill; you don’t have to know everything about biking or ebikes to feel comfortable shopping here. Over the past 4 years they have taken great care of us.
