Absolutely no service and communication skills. I had a simple question about a 120V electrical heat pump hookup to SF DBI via email. SF DBI answered, thanks, but the electrical inspector Michael Doherty who was copied on the email, did not bother to answer. Stone age bureaucracy and overpaid at that.
