Got here with 0% battery. Big smile as i coast up to the charging station. No smile after standing here for 20 minutes trying to get this thing to charge while on the phone with tech support. They rebooted it remotely and now it says Ubuntu on the screen for the last fifteen minutes. Slowest computer boot I've ever seen.

Every single credit card reader is broken. It's extremely suspicious that not a single one is working forcing you to use the app which forces you to load more money into it that you will use. There is no reason that the app cannot just charge you the amount that you actually use. Instead they force you to choose 20 or 40 hoping you will have some left over that is pure profit for them. I would give electrify America a negative 10 if I could.
