Joann is professional, friendly and meticulous in her work. I highly recommend her for eyebrows, legs...whatever you need done. Even though I live elsewhere now, I try to schedule an appointment when I’m in Pullman. She’s the best esthetician I have ever had—wish I could find someone of her caliber in my new town.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for sugaring or electrolysis! I have been going to Joann for several years, and she is always very professional, and does an excellent job. She is very accommodating, and has happily squeezed me in when she is able to when I've had unexpected schedule changes. Very thorough and professional, and reasonably priced!

I have been a client of Joann's for what must be close to 10 years now, and have purchased both her sugaring and her electrolysis services. She is kind, good-humored, patient, flexible, and skilled --- a consummate professional. I have never been anything but 100% pleased with her work, and the quad cities is lucky to have her!
