My families experience was eerily similar to Bill's. We called Elegant Home Improvement right after a water pipe burst under our kitchen. About 9 months after the install, we started to notice the floorboards were coming undone and rising. We called him & told him the problem. Since then, it has been a complete cat and mouse game getting a hold of him. He ignores your calls & doesn't have the decency to return them. It's gotten to a point now that I've actually fallen over on a piece of floorboard because it was sticking out that much. Our floor is now reminiscent of the foam puzzle floors made for children. We're now looking at other companies to come and fix HIS problem! Very unprofessional and strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

I've had two floors installed by Elegant home improvement. The first one went well, but the second one was a disaster. On the second one they installed a laminate floor after a water pipe burst. They unfortunately didn't come out with the correct trim for the quarter round, etc... They let us know they would find a better match and would come back. The owner asked for full payment, and that was my biggest mistake. I should have held back a good amount until they finished the job. We asked at least 8 times over 5 months, to get the job finished and it never happened. They had a lot of promises, but no execution. We finally hired someone else to finish the job.

I recently had my home remodeled by Elegant Home Improvement and I couldn’t be happier. The work performed by the crew was exceptional. The owners/management were professional and it was very easy to communicate with them. They walked me through any questions I had and were always prompt with the work performed. They turned my dream into a reality and I highly recommend!
