Dr. Holly Christy is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I know. I will wait to be fitted into her schedule even if it is 2-3 weeks out because I trust her to take great care of me. I highly recommend her!

Dr Christy introduced me to Counterstrain while I was staying on Bainbridge Island for a few weeks. I was walking alot and had some hip pain. She treated me and I immediately felt relief. No more pain. I was able to walk 8 miles the next day. I love her approach to teaching as she adjusts as I didnt understand how a pain I had had for so long just disappeared. But it did and I know it sounds nuts but its true. I had alot of post surgery aches and pains from a bilateral mastectomy that she also removed. I felt normal and 20 years younger after leaving her office for the first time. The body is so connected and we are so used to thinking compartmental that it makes no sense to us because we have been taught wrong. Its all about the fascia. Very grateful for finding her.
