They decreased the water on the pressure gun when you wash your car by yourself. Is a scam so that you'll have to put more money to rinse your car.

Had taken my car through the touchless wash, never had an issue with this car wash ever, except one time, this past summer I took it through the touchless wash and the arm that sprays soap looked a bit funny to me like it was out of place, I pulled in straight like I always do and as soon as the wash started the arm started scraping the side of my vehicle, I pulled out immediately after I felt it, The machine had left a large amount of scratching and denting to the side of my car :( I was pretty upset considering it was a brand new car, I went back the next day and the worker told me it was my fault and that there was nothing they could do. I ended up paying almost $300 to get it repaired, I have since returned to this location to use there self wash stalls but I will not use the touchless was again.

Went to the drive thru wash and paid for the $13.00 car wash and the light never came on for me to enter. I got out of my car and knocked on the employee door and no one answered. Don't go there it's a rip off.
