Michael does an incredible job. I've gone to him 3 x's and each time I find it unbelievable, the quality of his work. Old school. Love this place!! My go to for shoe repair!!

I read the reviews of this shop which were positive so I decided to take my suitcase to get the handles replaced. They were broken so the owner gave me a price of $45 to replace BOTH handles. He said he was going to order both of them. A week later he doesn’t replace neither handle. He makes a handle for the one on the top. And glued the handle on the side. He made sure that I paid him cash and that I gave it to him before he gave me the luggage to inspect. Upon inspection it was clear he was ripping me off. He gave me back $5 and said the work he did has a warranty. Never again

Michael repaired a pair of vintage Doc Martens for me that other cobblers would not even try to fix. Turned out to be even more work than he expected but he still got it done on time (I even showed up right at opening time on the day I was supposed to pick them up and they were ready) and he charged a very low price. I ended up tipping because I saw that he had done so much work on the shoes compared to what he asked for. Great customer service, will be going back and would recommend this place to anyone :) Thanks!
