I requested a quote through Yelp and Elevated Comfort was the first to respond. They got a tech out for my mini split issue ASAP. He was friendly, clean and professional. We discussed the issue and the options and together came up with a plan on how to move forward. They will be my first call if I need AC service again.

Brandon came out again to do some maintenance as I have there yearly plan. He cleaned up the AC area
and said everything looks good. It's nice to have the same technician come out.
That follow-up and pre appointment contact was good. They always remind you and they send a picture of the technician who is coming.. Very professional company.

The estimator was very nice and professional, but we were not able to use their services due to cost. That is not to say they are more expensive than anyone else, just that the job in general is much more costly than we thought. But he was very honest about the minimum amount a company would charge for this type of work. He was still very kind and professional when we told him we absolutely could not do it, we appreciate how nice he was.
