Chantal is a very professional trainer. I’ve training with her (personal and group sessions) for the past 4 months and I had been having a really good time. She’s patient, motivated, and very acknowledged. She pushes me to do more because she believes in me. Chantal always makes sure I do my exercises right so I don’t get hurt. Thank you Chantal and I hope to keep working out with you for a long time!

Tyler is great in what he does. He motivates you to achieve better results everything you workout with him. You setup your goals to achieve during these training classes and all the exercises are focused on how to achieve those goals with best outcomes. Tyler also works on your nutrition and daily calorie needs. I highly recommend Tyler and Chantal.

I LOVE Elevated Life and Fitness Coaching! It had been over ten years and 2 babies since I last lifted; and after my first month I am feeling so motivated to keep going! I look forward to the women’s strength classes every week. I feel safe and accepted! I love the small group size, I find working out with others motivates me to go hard and Chantal makes sure I’m using proper form so I don’t get injured. 🙌🏻 My favorite thing is I feel like I get a full body workout no matter if it’s arms or legs day and so much is packed into 40 minutes!! If you’ve been thinking of getting stronger mentally and physically, I highly recommend checking Elevated fitness out!!
