Went to store to get a new coil burner for a Kenmore stove. Took old one along for sales person. Sold us one he said would fit no problem got home and it did not as there was a difference in the depth of the drop down that prevented from plugging in and sitting flat in the bowl. Would not take it back or exchange it as the package was opened!!! He then proceeded to show how it fit "his" stove saying see it was right!!! Dude we were not looking for one to fit your stove, its our stove it needs to fit. All I can saw is WOW. I am sure all of you remember Sonny from his Grover Electric days here in Milton Freewater who owns this branch, I am sure things would of went different if he could of been bothered to come in like we were told he would when we were given a time to drive back to the store. While I know the pickens are slim he needs to seriously consider replacing this employee as he is not the right person for this job. I am sure this is a fine place to purchase a unit from but if you need part and knowledgeable help this is not the place and this employee is not the person to ask help from, period.
