I called this practice to talk to someone on Monday,left a voicemail with my name and phone nr…no one called me back. Now is Thursday around 4pm..called back ..a secretary answer the phone and alway was playing the game of “can you repeat that, I can’t understand you”…when I asked her if she speak English…she was VERY rude and treating with hanging up the phone..”I don’t have to deal with you”…that’s what her answer was. I have seen that this lawyer is in business for over 35 years…he may be a good guy…but ..he has to figure out his personal. If you have someone answering the phone and is not up to the task ..please find another secretary. The lady I was speaking to on 02/24/22..around 4.45 pm it’s someone who you don’t want to answer your phone calls. She was rude,patronizing and just ..a bad employee

I called intending to set up a consult to get some recommendations on whether to establish an LLC for future business needs, and Jerry took the time to answer some basic questions over the phone for no charge, which was unexpected and VERY kind. He has a wealth of business knowledge and I'll certainly come back with any future needs!
