The previous review did have to do with the providers practice. If you are collaborating with other medical professionals to help your child and they are telling you they can't get ahold of your child's pediatrician and they urge you to get ahold of your child's pediatrician and it's a time sensitive matter it can be frustrating and I put that review out hoping that someone from the practice would contact me. Luckily I found an email for the practice and let her know her phones were configured incorrectly and she had it fixed. Not her fault but if I or others hadn't said anything she might not have known. All in all I feel doctor Elinor Jordan is a kind and knowledgeable doctor.
