She's a God to me

I was supposed to be a "new" patient today. Very disturbed with the situation when I arrived. First off, in order for me to have an appointment, I had to request time off. I also had to get coverage for my time off and use two hours of PTO. At time of scheduling, I accepted the 9am slot and was told by the representative that I would be out of there quickly in order to make it to work by 10 (office 5 mins away). That seemed unbelievable since this would be first visit, but she reassured me that I would be just fine, doc is always on time. I arrived around 8:40 and was immediately annoyed because the instructions for parking given to me were confusing and I ended up walking much further than I needed to had I parked in the same building! Showed up on time but the doc did not. I was finally called back by the Med Assistant at 9:15. I told her I was worried about time and she told me that the doctor wasn't even there yet. I waited in the exam room until 9:35 and had to leave. This visit not only costed me 75 bucks for missed wages, but also wasted my time and still no exam. WILL DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I understand we live in high traffic areas, but, I made it on time and if I hadn't, 'll bet I would have a late fee for wasting her time. Common Courtesy to call THE PATIENT ALSO and inform if you are late....EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN MD ACRONYM.
