My wife and I have been with Elissa since about 1995. We had to find new agent when we went to Alaska but when we returned to Washington there was no doubt as to who was going to handle our policies. She has the most polite staff and everyone is always willing to go above and beyond for us. No doubt they are the best at what they do. Give them a try and you won't regret it. Everyone there is very honest. Wouldn't leave her ever.

Elissa, Janelle, and Teresa have been great to work with. Been using them for all my insurance needs for 15+ years and they have been nothing short of amazing. Responsive, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Would recommend!!!

We have had our automobile insurance through Elissa since 1993, and our homeowners since 2018. We absolutely love Elissa, Janelle and Theresa. They have never failed to offer personalized friendly service and responsiveness to our insurance needs. We have declined other online insurance companies even though they might save us a few dollars; the reliable and immediate service we've received with Elissa Edmonds' office has been so worth it for nearly 30 years through five kids, multiple vehicles, homes, accidents, and claims. We wouldn't consider any other agency!
