My daughter called Tim yesterday (Monday) about an odor I noticed on Sunday. Even my son-in-law could smell it. LOL. Gabe arrived today (Tuesday) at 7:30am. Bless him. He checked everything and found our pan and coil were dirty (gunk). He cleaned them and home now smells great. I would have marked all of the 1st review, responsive, quality, etc. Thank you so very much. We will now have unit checked twice a year. Gabe you are AWESOME.

Our single air conditioner system went down a week ago, and Elite diagnosed it, convinced me that, at 25 years old, it needed replacement, and installed the new 4-ton system (attic unit with outside compressor) today. Excellent work; reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Our homes AC unit went out over a holiday weekend and when temperatures were more than 105 degrees. I called Elite Air Services the next business day and spoke with Jessica, she managed to find an opening and arranged for a technician to drop by mid morning. Jesse, HVAC technician, diagnosed the problem and made the repair within an hour. Jessica and Jesse were both highly professional and offered outstanding customer service.
