I went to the shop and decided to check out a new pistol for purchase.

Two employees were assisting customers, and two were hiding in the back and pretending not to see three customers waiting in line.

I see why no one recommends this store on Reddit.

Take your business elsewhere. The 2nd gun store nearby has much prompt and friendly service.

They are pretty much the best in the Bay Area. They also have a great selection of firearms and everyone is well versed on the topic.

Really recommend this place especially for first timers.

They can be a bit serious but firearms are no joke so don’t take it personal!!!

One of only two local shops in the area. They usually have the best prices and selection. Customer service is great and they have great support. The line can be long but they have plenty of parking.
