I live at Rancho Granada Mobile home Park in Carpinteria. A water pipe broke December 9th, 2023 in the late afternoon. Park management called Elite engineering. And here is the rest of the story: Four big late model trucks from Elite engineering, Ventura, parked at the job site. All hands on deck crew made temporary repair ann turned on the water shortly after 9:30 p.m. They plan to return tomorrow to make final permanent repair. Grateful to the Elite team and park management, John and Arlene, for prompt, excellent service.
