I really appreciated how honest Cameron was and that he pointed out things he didn’t have to. I feel like he went above and beyond to teach us every crevice of this house! He did a great job! We highly recommend them!

Elite Inspections did the inspection for my first home - Teri was so patient as she explained everything to me. I picked up lots of tips and tricks about caring for my first home. She was so thorough and I feel very confident moving into my new home!

Cameron performed a very thorough inspection on a house I am purchasing in Coeur d'Alene. We are new to the area so not as familiar with some of home maintenance and repair needs in North Idaho so I paid close attention. Cameron let me watch, listen and learn throughout the whole process and graciously answers my many questions during the inspection. He also answered quickly when I e-mailed a couple follow-up questions. Elite Inspections is a family owned and operated business so it is good to support the local economy and companies that are part of the community. Hire them and these folks will make you happy you did. Highly recommend.
