Elite Construction in Santa Barbara came in and fixed poor work from another subcontractor. They had to correct cabinet work in my kitchen that was not done properly (according to plans). Jerry, (the owner) gave me an hourly rate to fix the work and Roberto (site supervisor) worked with Cesar and did excellent work bringing the kitchen into specification. The difference between the two contractors was day and night. Roberto had excellent suggestions that brought my expectations/ideas to life. They listened (to me) and then performed the work flawlessly and did not mind stopping to discuss any issues. The end result . . . outstanding. I got exactly what I wanted the way I wanted. I would not hesitate to use them again. In fact, I plan on using them again to remodel my bathrooms. Look at the before and after pictures and you can see their outstanding work, what you can’t see are the hundreds of corrections they had to do to bring the kitchen into specification. They had all the right tools and they knew how to use them (saving time and doing the work right). They are truly experts in kitchen remodeling. They came in under budget and finished on time. What more can a homeowner want or ask for?

In May, 2024, we had Elite completely remodel our 1950's era master bathroom, including converting the tub area to a walk in shower.The workmanship was excellent, the materials used were high quality and the project was completed quickly and within our budget. The office staff were helpful in selecting materials, guiding us through the process and keeping us informed during construction. Best of all, we are really pleased with the results!

I was nervous about our first big renovation project with a professional service, but Elite was a fantastic choice. They worked within our budget and timeline, were responsive to my questions, had great ideas, did high quality work, and were so respectful of our work from home situation that we barely noticed they were there! I've already recommended them to friends and would use them again for future projects. Beautiful work!
