Thank you so much for providing seven ladies an evening to remember. We were celebrating a special birthday for a friend, and the surprise of the limo was all we had hoped. That limo was polished inside and out; ice and soft drinks provided, and the driver was kind and considerate. Ali very quietly told us what we had inside the limo, offered to drive a special scenic route, and then got us to our restaurant and back home right on time. Being spoiled by Elite ain't bad at all!!

Being a local service provider myself I know it can be hard to make everyone happy. This company as a whole and especially the owner will do as little as possible. No AC on a 100° day is unacceptable but he will book it anyway. In his trunk he carrys water for the driver and the car only. No joke, they know the vehicle over heats and can't cool but they still rent it out. I would strongly recommend an alternative company. I had a similar experience as another customer of Randys on my wedding day. I see a trend here. Wake up people

My husband surprised me with a Hummer Limo at my front door with all my friends in it for my 30th birthday! The driver Danny made me feel like a princess! He was so nice and made everyone laugh the whole time.
We arrived at a local night club in town where Danny the diver made us all stay in the Limo, after about 5 minutes he came back and told us there was a cover to get in but in honor of my birthday myself and all my friends got in free! Not only that but the county band playing that night sang a special birthday song just for me! Because the driver Danny talked to band and the night club owner to make this happen for me. By far the best customer service I have ever had! Thank you Danny for such a special night!!
