We reached out to Leonard as we were dealing with leaking and aged gutters. Moreover, following a roofing project last year, we noticed water rushing off the roof and onto our newly refurbished deck and surrounding plants. Leonard was able to swiftly identify the issue and propose a solution, just as we desired. The way the water flowed off our roof onto our back screen porch was a particularly challenging issue. However, Leonard was able to engineer a solution, and we no longer have water spilling off the roof onto our wooden deck. Amazing! We had consulted several people about this problem, but none could find a solution. Leonard, however, assessed the situation and performed a custom job at no extra charge. This underscored his expertise and a 'we can get it done right' mindset. Additionally, the cost was reasonable for the work done. I couldn't have asked for more. The sheer peace of mind of not having water spilling onto our wooden deck makes it all worthwhile. I no longer have to repair the deck annually.
