Can't get anyone on phone. No one answers any of the options. Seems like a black hole. Called at approx 12pm Pacific so no question of working hours.

BOught. Projector and a screen set. They sent the wrong item. I have followed up for the refund Atleast 18 times no response. Called them so many times no one answers the phone. Unprofessional and unethical.
