I have used this shop two times in the past. I called to set up a diagnostic service with Aaron and he basically said "if you don't let us do the repair where we can make some money off the job, we have no interest in having you as a customer. We have no time to diagnose a job if you take the money maker part of the job away." So much for have a return customer for many years. Your loss as a business. So I well Never go here again. Speaking like that was unacceptable. 👎

Mike and Aaron are great. Mike's the owner and Aaron really knows the sprinters. They are honest and not looking to rip you off on unnecessary fixes. I had to take my sprinter in for an unscheduled service and they were able to accommodate me and had me out of there in a reasonable time. I recommend this place for all sprinter owners. FYI, they don't just service sprinters. The one ding for me is that there was no wifi access in the waiting area.

I have had them Perform pre-purchase inspections on 2 different Sprinters. They saved me from buying one that looked good, with a 60k motor and newly rebuilt transmission but would have needed additional repairs that would have exceeded $5K. Aaron is good representative for the company.
