Love the customer service. Fred went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. I will definitely call this company again with no hesitation. Being from Stockton he made sure my car and I made it back home safe with his service. Thank you Fred you made my day a better one.

Towed the car to their own tow yard instead of the car shop that the insurance agent instructed them to go to. Tow driver was rude and dismissive. They kept the car 6 nights longer than promised. After that, I called to have the car finally moved to the shop, they then promised it would arrive at the shop 30 minutes after the phone call, but they still didn’t tow two days after that call. Had to threaten police involvement to get them to release the car

Dispatched by the insurance company for a recovery after an accident. Waited 2 hours. When I checked with the insurance company, was told that the job was marked as complete. I was waiting for a tow which was never coming. They cannot be trusted.
