Working with Elizabeth is like working with a close friend. She spent so much time working with me on the phone during the process of selling our home, I was worried that she would get tired of talking to me. She never once made me feel like I was bothering her or that I was anything other than her most important customer. The time that she spent talking with me and counseling me through our transaction was invaluable. She walked me through every aspect of the process every step of the way. Buying and selling homes are some of the most stressful things that I have dealt with. I am glad that I had a partner like Elizabeth. She started by visiting the property that we wanted to sell. She gave us her honest opinion, even if it was tough for us to hear. Hearing her opinions helped us see things from the perspective of potential buyers and gave us a plan to work on to get to our home on the market. She checked in with me frequently as we prepared the house for sale, acting as a sounding board and a counselor at times! By the time we were ready to list the home, which was quicker than we expected, Elizabeth was ready to move at the speed we needed. She went above and beyond to prepare our listing, making sure that it was priced and marketed in the best way to the right set of buyers. She also met us at the property whenever we needed her to. As soon as it was listed, our home received a very large amount of interest and offers, exceeding our expectations. Elizabeth worked tirelessly fielding all of the calls and appointments during the frenzied first day on the market, adjusting the listing as needed to respond to the demand, and ultimately minimizing the noise that we needed to worry about. She worked with us to explain all of the offers we received and to research and negotiate offers in our favor. By the next day, the second day on the market, we accepted the best offer on our home. She also secured a backup offer at the same time, giving us peace of mind. The stress of preparing the home for sale was great, but even more so was waiting for the sale to close. Elizabeth worked just as hard during the closing process as she did during the other phases. She helped me stay relaxed because she was following up on our transaction with escrow daily, working with our buyer on anything that popped up, and providing me with timely updates. She would drop everything to speak with me on the phone whenever I needed her. Elizabeth is a calming force. She's professional, smart, persuasive, and hardworking, and she always made me feel like she was working with our best interests in mind. I highly recommend Elizabeth for any real estate needs.

We loved working with Elizabeth to find our new home. She was so helpful with our transition and expectations about purchasing a home in a new state. She was super friendly and always helped us with questions, even ones that meant doing research and going back to find more information. She walked us through all the closing documents that were new to us, and made it so clear to understand everything. She even met us at short notice when we were looking for a home that just listed. Elizabeth is definitely very professional but also gives you a very personal experience.
