Called in my order yesterday for my friend's birthday. Fast, helpful service and they arrived today, right on time. My friend sent me a photo and they are stunning!!!! Highly recommend this florist!
Edit-One year later 2021--Sorry but changing my review....I called again this year for another arrangement and I have not been treated quite this rude before. Not a bit helpful and was very abrupt and negative. I hung up and when with a different florist and they were AWESOME! Too bad, you lost a customer.
I don't live in Ellensburg, but my son does (college student). He received a BIG promotion at his job this past week, and I wanted to send him some flowers to congratulate him. Ellensburg Floral was WONDERFUL!
Their website was easy to use for placing my order, I was able to include a customized note for him, and also was able to note any other requests. I had chosen the "designer's choice" arrangement but had requested that the colors be fun and bright and they nailed it! He had been gone when the florist arrived to deliver it, and they left a note requesting that he call them when he was home. I was VERY impressed by this, they absolutely could have just left the flowers on his porch but how thoughtful to do it this way instead! He called them and scheduled a time later in the day for them to return. He said the lady who made the delivery that afternoon was very sweet and kind as well. I'll definitely use Ellensburg Floral again to send him flowers (he LOVES plants and flowers). Side note...my son mentioned after he got the flowers and had called me that Ellensburg Floral is the BEST in town and that next time I visit him I need to check out their gift shop because it's really great. I'll be sure to do that!
