Pros: Great selection and variety. Very clear on pricing expectations, timelines, and alterations.
Cons: Terrible lighting, no A/C and 78 degrees inside with no offer to fix it. I was sweating trying on gowns and as you might imagine that kind of sucks. To top off the climate issue, when my mom asked for water they said they are out of cups and did not offer any solution. Might I suggest running down the street to grab cups for your customers? There were three staff members in the store, and we were the only group.
The rep did not seem to care about us at all and I felt like I was annoying. She was not knowledgeable about designers or possible modifications, colors, or even how to wear the dresses. I was repeatedly told she didn't know the designer and would send the dresses I liked by email.
One gown I tried on had beautiful sleeves that she tucked into the back, and when I checked the website later, I saw they are supposed to fasten across the lower shoulders (not attach to the dress) and can be attached to a veil. Rep also stepped on the gowns as I was trying them on. I felt completely unimportant and unsupported, and like I was an inconvenience and wasting her time. I found a gown I love, but will purchase it elsewhere.
I rarely leave critical reviews, but I am a luxury hospitality professional and there is a lot of room for improvement based on the service I received. I hope this review can be constructive to the team.
