Very poor service... I'm surprised the owner hasn't taken notice of the feedback on this board and made some attempt to improve it.. The positive comments here are obviously 'friends and family' so they don't count.. Perhaps this is the owners attempt to 'fix' the problem?? While my experience with the actual product (cleaning) has been satisfactory, I've been treated as an inconvenience every time I've been in the store. I've never had the pleasure of meeting the young man spoken of above; however, the young lady who takes my clothes is ALWAYS on her cell phone - and always abrupt with our interaction (getting me out the door equals getting back to her call no doubt).. I've never felt welcome as a customer, either dropping off or picking up my clothes. Less than adequate service - at best... Time to find a new cleaner, preferably one who at least pretends to care about my business.

I really liked this place and went very often until they lost one of my shirts before an interview. I went in every week or so for quite some time to see if they found it. The owner offered to pay me for my shirt but I couldn’t remember how much it cost so I didn’t take him up on it. I should have. I never got my shirt back.
