Great park, quiet place I live across the street somewhat down 3rd the crime has definitely gone to little to none. I dont see as many sketchy people going through. Its definitely cleaned up and lively with good people now. If your looking for a park in benton city this one may be just for you.

Needs lots of tlc. And definitely needs new manager.” they told me they was cleaning up the park and I never seen them doing anything and they been there for 5 years give me one day and I could get it cleaned up give them a notice and give them a 1 month to get it cleaned up or get out . water lines are bad . power sucks . I stayed one month and give my 10 day notice and told them I be out by the 3rd and they kept the deposit .I filled in all the holes when we moved in and watered and kept the yard nice . I've got photos . it $12 a day 0r $370 month . sad i've been coming to this park for a long time the frist time I was a baby but I will not be back tell they get new managers ..
