I had been a long standing client of theirs for years. I never missed or called off for an appointment. I started as a patient when they were in the plaza next to subway. It seems they have grown to be too large. I’ve let my care lapse from time to time but I had always gone back to them. This latest appointment I had no choice but to cancel. My husband had a work injury that required a surgery to be schedule fairly quickly so they could reattach a tendon. Surgery was scheduled on a Monday afternoon for Tuesday. Because he was at work when it was scheduled I didn’t find out until Monday evening. I let them know as soon as I had notice but a Because I had to cancel the same day they cancelled me as a patient. No compassion, empathy, or understanding. They didn’t even ask what the surgery was for. Just flat out cancelled me as a patient for the first appointment I have ever cancelled. If you are Ill, have health issues, have a loved one that you care for, might be sick, I urge you to select a different dentist. They will cancel you as a patient. Find a dentist that has empathy and compassion for their patients.

I recently visited Elma Family Dental and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of care and kindness shown by their staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease (as at ease as I can feel at a dentist at least). Each team member took the time to listen to my concerns, demonstrating a genuine interest in my well-being. Their ability to make patients feel comfortable and heard is truly remarkable. The dental team here doesn’t just treat you as a patient, but as a valued individual. I highly recommend Elma Family Dental to anyone seeking a dental team that excels not only in professional expertise but also in personal care and attention."

I highly recommend Elma Family Dental to everyone needs dental care. They deserved 5 stars!! I’m a new patient and they thoroughly examined my teeth and prioritized what needs to be done. I am truly satisfied with their care and all of the staffs here from receptionists, dental assistants and Dentists were really amazing, most especially to Lindsey, she’s great! She’s not only doing her job, she really cares for her patients.
