As an expert foodie and restaurant critic, I will tell you this poor experience is at the top of my list. I was headed to a concert at WAMU theater in Seattle and being a newcomer to the area, I thought it would be nice to try a new place to eat. I parked across from Elysian Fields so it was an easy choice. After seating myself, I was waited on by a server who was rushed and not that friendly, but I brushed it off in hopes of maybe enjoying some good food. I asked how the wings were and the response was “if you’ve had wings, that’s pretty much how they are.” 🤦🏽♀️😡?! I ordered the wings and 1/2 Caesar salad. Wings took a while, salad never came. Service wasn’t great. Server was right - wings were “just wings” not great.
Finally, got my salad AFTER the bill (didn’t get charged for it). It had little to no Caesar dressing. I asked for boxes. Had to wait AGAIN. Asked again for boxes and finally got one - no big boxes so the server bought out another. I packed my food and was so disappointed I snapped this photo before rushing out of there. Thirty dollars wasted.
