The person they sent out was lovely. Personable, patient, professional. But at the time, I expressed concern that he might be missing the problem. Cost me $99 to be told nothing was wrong. So as the issues continued & new ones develop, I call the shop to tell the owner about my experience & the ongoing problems, including that I’m not working currently and so the expense already incurred w/o resolution is a problem. She is defensive, hostile, accusatory, not listening, getting the details wrong, and raising her voice, telling me I had 30 days to report any issues. When was I told that? So my expressing concern to the repair person directly at the time didn’t count? I wanted to support them because they’re a long time SJ biz. Now I regret it. Kind of surprised someone with this much history in the area has this attitude towards customer service.

We're able to come out next day to repair my machine. Weren't cure what the issue was but they came prepared for a few things they thought it might be. Josh (I think that was his name), was so great! He deliberately worked in a way that would save me the most money, was so friendly with my dogs and was easy to talk to. Have already recommended them to another friend in need!

Prompt and excellent service to repair a 23 yo washing machine. Honest assessment of the problem, Joshua also showed us how to make a repair ourselves if we are so inclined. A great family owned business that is definitely committed to customer service and building long time customers. I highly recommend them.
