Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 730 am today the lady that works who claimed it was her store.I guarantee she isn’t the owner, was unprofessional and was so rude. I run a very successful cleaning business and one of my employees were cleaning the tree sap off one of their window washers when she accused him of washing his car which she couldn’t actually see. Then accused him of not being able to afford a car wash in front of other customers making him feel very degraded. Extra Mile should be ashamed to have people working for them that degrade customers in front of others and for allowing others to state it is their store if that’s your representation of how your company holds themselves you should really rethink that because this world doesn’t need people working as customer service professionals that are judge mental. My employee should never feel embarrassed for trying to clean up his mistake in public and I recommend not going there at this time of day if that lady works there. Maybe not at all if this is the kind of people hired! As I’m watching this unfold I’m also seeing my employee uncomfortable to go inside because this employee of extra mile is gossiping to every customer that comes in as my employee is holding back tears.
