Wish I could give this management company 0 stars. Charged me twice multiple times for my HOA payment and they are now trying to avoid sending me my refund. It's been two months and they keep saying they will mail my check and that it will take two weeks for me to get it. I call every two weeks and they keep giving me the run around saying someone will reach out to me. Of course, no one ever does. On top of that, they are still sending me payment information in the mail about next months payment but won't send me my refund. Absolutely ridiculous and makes me want to sell my condo. Ive never had any issues with previous Management companies.

Our 250 household HOA was struggling with a smaller Management Company before switching to EMB. We are nearing 1 year with EMB now, and so far we have seen improvements in nearly all aspects of HOA management - fast response times, functional web-portal, clear communication, and proactive management.

EMB seems like a large operation, so they have the resources and support available to solve problems the smaller teams struggle with, and all while remaining very competitive on cost

I am the President of my HOA and we were looking for a new property manager. While we ultimately went with someone else, EMB was a close second. Kristen was quick to answer any of my questions and was honest with the qualms our association would be facing. It was helpful and I could tell that we would be in good hands with EMB.
