I have tried multiple times via email and telephone calls to get a refund for $300 paid in error due to difficulties with online application for classes. Only canned responses. Incredibly poor to nonexistent customer service.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Amber has been a savior during these tough times having to stay home with a puppy. My puppy loves to go to camp!
