I had a new split system AC/heating unit installed in my home last summer. They just came out and inspected it, and I have to say the technician was very knowledgeable and kind and caring. I wouldn't use anyone but Emcor/Hillcrest for any of my AC or heating needs. They get 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks for a job well done...

The tech was very competent in explaining each step that was taken and even showing a video of the damage to the coil. The office personnel was able to contact the manufacturer for us to secure a full warranty for the failed part. This was done within 24 hrs of the service call. The repair work was started and completed the next business day. This kind of customer service is seldom seen anymore. Very, very pleased to have Hillcrest HC to handle the problem for me. They will be my first choice from now on for heating and A/C needs.

Stephen and Roland were both excellent. I appreciate the transparency. Roland took time to show us each part, explaining the part’s function and why the part should be replaced. I have full confidence in this company and the price was on point!
