We contacted them about a van at 2:30 in the afternoon and they had paperwork ready upon our arrival. The entire process was simple and easy with absolutely no pressure. Great vehicles at great prices. Friendly salesman that was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling them on our next fleet purchase.

I first learned about Emerald City Auto while searching for a pick-up truck online. They had just what I was looking for and the best price I found anywhere. I talked to Robert on the phone. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Based on the information he gave me, decided to purchase the truck without seeing it. Since I live in Wisconsin, this meant doing a wire transfer to pay for the truck and booking a flight to Seattle to bring it home. Robert was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He even drove down to the airport to pick me up when my plane arrived. The truck was just as described. Before I left, he gave me some helpful information about places to visit in the city. I drove all the way home without any trouble. I've put 20,000 miles on it since then and its been a great truck. Highly recommend this dealership!

Emerald city was the third and last dealership I went to. Not only did they have the right vehicle that fit my needs, but they were very informative on which vehicle I needed for long-term use in my company. Robert was the salesman that never gave me that never gave me the “salesman” feel.
He stuck to the facts of what I needed to know and never pushed to go with a vehicle that was out of my desire and budget.
Good people with honest morals, I’ll go here again for my next vehicle in a heartbeat!
