I work all around the PNW and enjoy Emerald City Soothies. I visit this location the most and have had great customer service. Although each shop has a similar menu, each person makes it different. I like the Macha Green Tea a lot but wanted it sweeter. They recomended adding banana which worked perfect for me! Now, no matter what store I go into I now ask for banana with this particular drink. I noticed the reviews and just couldnt believe what I was reading on some of the one stars. I wanted to fix my Macha but know that this establishment is no charity. They helped me fix my issue when I came back to get another drink. They are much appreciated for their genuine effort to help. Great customer service!!!

Love this place. The drinks are amazing and customer service is great. They always make recommendations for me. Definitely worth the visit everytime. I would recommend the nutty banana or the raspberry dream!!!

The managers need to know their closing cashier is just there to collect a free paycheck. I walked in at 4:53, 7 minutes prior to closing today, and the cashier says “we’re closed.” I reminded her their posted closing time is 5, which it wasn’t. She changes her tune and said she was busy (while sitting there on her phone in an empty room with me being the only customer). Who knows how long she was “busy” before that. Time to find a better cashier!
