WORSE experience ever. This CON ARTIST selling on Ebay under name ectdata,my advice to you AVOID this SCAMMER as he selling beat up badly used laptops as refurbished, lying about everything working,cosmetic condition,shipping etc, this seller pathological liar and SCAMMER , using FAKE pictures,not an actual item for sale!!!
He is NOT Dell registered partner and refurbisher etc as claiming He is just another one shady crooked business trying make money from trash
I bought from him Dell Latitude E6410 in very very very bad working and cosmetic condition: deep cracks dents and scratches on body, dead pixels on monitor,constantly getting overheated and not responsive.... keeping charge less than 10 minutes !!!! BUT the seller advertised this laptop being in perfect working and cosmetic condition, BIG FAT LIE !!!!
For now i opened dispute with Ebay and have to ship this trash back for my expense (around 30$)
If you want to buy good laptop AVOID this SCAMMER and LIAR ,check his feedback on Ebay and on Google, over 10 people been scammed by this con artist
