Great camping spot close to the garnet area. Campsites have big fire pits and picnic tables. Awesome place if you can get spot

LOVED this place! Be sure to check out the top of Betchel Mountain. When you come down, take the logging truck path to HWY 3 and turn left. Turn at next exit and enjoy the mom n pop place for gas, ice, water, and real food if you burn your camping food. LOL

The campground itself is really nice; well-shaded and the sites are spaced out enough. I only give it four stars because we weren't interested in garnet-hunting and there was nothing else to do there.
