I met one sitting behind the desk who claimed she was the manager. I provided the name and phone number of my emergency contact, but she insisted that I provide the address of my emergency contact or she won't lease a unit to me. She refused to rent a unit to me because, I couldn't provide the address for my emergency contact.
Luana wasn't there at that time, but Luana seems to have a great customer service and management skills than her manager, the one I met behind the desk.
