Will Never Be Back! A slot machine shut down while I was playing with my money in it and they couldn't get it back up. They told me I would have to come back the next day after they did accounting. They initially didn't offer me anything other than to fill out a complaint form. I then asked to speak to the casino manager and he said he would "take care of me". When he came back he offered me a $25 food comp. I said not acceptable as all my money was in the machine and asked him to give me my weekly $40 free play comp and he said he couldn't do it. This comes on top of an offer from last week that they had emailed me saying they would match any other Washington casino free play offer. I emailed them the offer I received from another casino for $175 and they said they could only give me $40. They had also emailed me a free steak dinner for 2 in their new restaurant. I took them up on it and made the reservation, showed up prior to our reservation time and ended up waiting in the lobby for almost an hour after reservation time to be seated. Bottom line, they need to severely learn what customer service/hospitality is because in these three recent experiences they have lost two customers.

The casino is vast, but the selection of games is very limited (video poker). They do have the games at the bar area, but if you're looking for comfortable seating at the bar, then don't expect it to be. When we entered through the parking garage and walked inside, I had never encountered the rudest and bitter security guard until today!!. Either he needs to find a career that doesn't have to deal with the public or work from home as a debt collector.

The casino area was filled with so much smoke that I felt like I was risking my health just being there. I understand it's a casino and smoking happens, but there was no fresh air at all, and after just 20 minutes, I felt dizzy from all the smoke.

The hotel rooms were also a disaster. No soap or shampoo was provided upon arrival, which I discovered the hard way. The bed was hard and felt dirty, with stained sheets that made me question cleanliness. Honestly, it felt like a 1-star motel.

There was security at the casino entrance, but none for the hotel itself. I had a pretty unsettling experience in the elevator, where I felt like I was about to be robbed. The lack of security in the hotel made me uneasy—I ended up sleeping with one eye open because I didn’t feel safe.

Overall, this is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in within the U.S. You can definitely find cheaper, better options elsewhere.
