Though it was my kinda last resort, unfortunately I had not so great of experience. Check in was quick and efficient. Some errors had to be fixed, I'm assuming from previous clerks. Though I handed them paperwork and it was their job to double check all the personal info. Pricing is crazy, procedures are being overly charged for. I already knew what had to be done, since I had a consultation at a different place, still had to pay their flat fee to be told what I have told them already. Anyway, standard procedures, I get it. The doc was hard to understand. I felt retarded for a few moments since I had to ask them to repeat themselves quite a few times. While in a room, waiting for the procedure, I had to listen to staff members being loud and aggressive towards each other, using some strong language. If I wouldn't have been under anesthesia already, I would've left immediately. There was no need for patients to be in all the drama that's happening. Overall I didn't feel welcome not by the doctor, neither by the rest of the staff. Hope I don't have to use them again in the near future. Pros: can schedule online lots of available time slots (is that good or bad? Might be an indicator of a not so great spot) work with many insurances and have other financing options the office is open late
