Ordered a dress, didn't have it in stock, never answered the phone, didn't want to return the money even though they don't have what we want. RUDE. When it was time to place the order they said they didn't have them. DISRESPECTFUL. DO NOT GO HERE. You will not get your dress in time.

Very bad customer service. VERY RUDE! Very cheap material!!! Never coming back! Ordered a tuxedo, gave them an extra day and still didn’t have it ready. So, frustrating. Do not come here

I paid for a flower girl dress. Paid her in full via Venmo. (My mistake ). Then the pandemic happened she said not my fault the pandemic happed. I asked well can I get my money back she said NO! She said I can give you a dress for future event. I explained to her I won't need such a dress. She said oh well not my problem do what you want. she stole my money. This lady name Paulina Huerta she is dishonest person.
