8/17/23 I asked Empire Tree Service to come back to my house this year. After discussing the rising prices to trim the palm trees every year, I decided to have them all removed. I would recoup my money in three years. Watching the team fell the trees was the best entertainment! They are total professionals. Not even a moment I thought someone/something would be hurt. The clean up was immaculate. After other bids EMPIRE was the lowest. I would 💯 percent recommend them for all your trees. Thank you Erica and Team!! I'll see you next year for the Olive tree😊
Update 9/13/22 Erica came to my house in person. She is the owner of the company and was out of town when my job was bid and completed. She refunded me the cost of the tree, dealt with her employee and apologized. She assured me she would have returned to fix the tree had She been in town. She is very personable and genuine. I'll change my star value from 1 to 3 but I'll leave my comments to remind people to always check the work before paying.
I selected Empire Tree Service based on their ratings. They perform the job. However, I paid them before I noticed my tallest palm tree was left with two palm fronds bent downward. I called to have the company come back and cut them. I was told they would be back. When they didn't show up I reached out again. It was important to me because I was having a family reunion that weekend. The second time I was told it wasn't worth their time to come back for one palm frond. I said it was two, on the tallest tree and I'm 65! Thank you to my neighbor who saw my daughter and I trying to cut these fronds and did it for us. Again, lesson learned. Don't pay until every tree is checked. Shame on Empire!
The Empire crew were great to work with, they were safe, clean, and really did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again! Highly recommended!
