My name is Jeremy Flores today I came into the Merced branch and first thing I received was attitude from the workers second they weren’t able to help me at all with my claim or give me any information and third i call headquarters and no one ever answers the phone this ridiculous and unprofessional

Nice people but they can't help anyone with ANYTHING! Don't waste your time going there. You have to go to the fresno office. Have people emoyeed here is a waste of tax payer money.

Very nice, very helpful. They couldn't exactly help me but pointed me in the right direction. Gave me more information and places to call or go get the help that I needed.
