I bought a dress worth $450 from Reno, NV location. Their computer systems were down so they couldn’t take CC. I decided to pay by cash. She gave me a hand written receipt. For some reason I didn’t like the dress at home and wanted to return it at their Stanford mall location. They took the dress back and original receipt from me and gave me a copy (yellow receipt) and told me I would get a corporate check in the mail. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CHECK EVER!! I followed up numerous numbers of times - no luck!! Then finally their manager spoke with me over the ph and told me they can’t pay me coz it’s hand written receipt and they don’t have a proof of it. SHAME!!

Great fragrance store. Has a lot of good niche options that you cant find in the area. Service is great but also should focus to keep steady supply and popular customer choice.
