Enchante Cottage Spa

My first time at Enchante Cottage. I had a wonderful spa day yesterday! Thank you Bay! my body feels so relax your hands are a gift. Down my facial was amazing! Debbie my many and pedi are absolutely beautiful! Thank you all of you for making my day and made me feel so special!

I stumbled across this gorgeous place after going to my best friends wedding at a local winery. It is the perfect spot to relax and feel like you are in an enchanted cottage. The service was amazing and the color selection was abundant. The color I choose was “My Chihuahua bites.”

Unfortunately a good massage turned bad. We pre-booked a couples massage and pre-paid a $170 deposit through Venmo. We communicated via text about the location of the spa, when we walked by this massage place, they waved me in, I mentioned having an appointment for a couples massage under my husbands name and that he’s been texting someone at the spa and they just went along with it like yeah, they had it all arranged and we were good to go. We went through the whole massage and at the end they told us we owed $240, we were shocked and mentioned the deposit and she said she knew nothing about a deposit and that we didn’t even have an appointment. We felt totally deceived and tricked. One of the massage therapists felt really bad about the whole situation, she gave us $40 back… we spent over $400 on a couples massage when we should have just owed $200. Messed up & shady. I wish they would have just simply said; no, we don’t have you down for an appointment. It would have been so easy to avoid this situation.
